RAF International University Library

RIU's library is a spacious modern library with a seating capacity of over 400 students. The University library has a wide range of teaching, learning and research resources both in print and digital media for students,staff and researchers, aimed at contributing to the University’s academic excellence.
The facility has free full-time WiFi, and an e-resource center with adequate computers to allow access to resources such as OPAC, Web Based Databases and audio visual facilities.
The Database allows you to search the content of scholarly journals,magazines and other academic materials.


RAF International University Library Open Week

Welcome to the First Ever RAF International University Library Week, to be held on 24th – 28th June 2019 at the Main Campus Library.

The open day will comprise of the following activities:

  • Exhibiting Library Information Resources
  • Training sessions on Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC), Freely Available Open Access Resources (OA),
  • Awards to the best written essay
  • Launching of the university Book Club.

The Objectives of the Open Day/Open Access Week:

  1. To create awareness of library services and resources, and equip users with e-resources searching skills to increase usage.
  2. To promote research, scholarship and publishing and connect users to Freely Available Information Resources
The Library invites you for training on Information Access. Training will be done on Monday, 24th – Friday, 28th June. There will be two sessions per day.


Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Library will remain closed on Sundays, Public Holidays.
